Monitor all activities in the receiving area pertaining to incoming/outgoing merchandise and the Receiving CRT;
Ensure accuracy of item descriptions, counts, and UPC numbers for all shipments;
Maintain and file Manifest/Bill of Lading, IBT Seal Log, and Purchase Orders;
Enter all receivings daily in Receiving CRT and manage Driver Logs;
Ensure HACCP guidelines and safety policies are followed in the department
