, the industry leader for over 80 years, is seeking a Residential Deck Construction Superintendent to join our team in Chantilly, Virginia.

This position is full-time and in-office. Hours are Monday–Friday, 7:00am–3:30pm.
Responsibilities- Coordinate between estimating, installation, and customer interactions
- Read plans and purchase materials
- Written and verbal communication with customers, vendors, and inspectors
- Field supervision and quality control inspections
- Track project schedule and progress across multiple projects
- 5+ years of residential construction industry and carpentry experience
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Computer skills: MS Office and Outlook
This is a full-time position located in Chantilly, VA. In-office hours are Monday through Friday, 7:00am–3:30pm.
Compensation- The minimum compensation for this position is $28.00 per hour
- The maximum compensation for this position is $33.00 per hour
