HOWA PROGRAM DIRECTOR WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
- Manages and is responsible for the successful completion of all tasks in assigned program area with annual revenues of $25M and above
- Daily interaction with senior customer and technical managers as well as on contract resources to include corporate leverage organizations.
- Primary responsibility is to manage all resources and costs, including fluctuation in resource demand, personnel selection and assignments, cross-functional skills, maintaining staff availability in an effort to align program resources with mission objectives.
- Opportunity to coordinate closely with customer senior management to meet strategic goals.
- Serve as the single focal point for the areas of activity to include project status, tasking, schedule, performance and problem resolution.
- Partner with customer and contractor technical management team to build and maintain a programmatic plan of approach to support the development and execution of 20+ new business functions/applications.
- Education:
BA/BS or equivalent - Required Experience:
7+ years of related experience - Required Technical
Skills:
Familiar with industry standard project management approaches and methodologies. - Security Clearance Level: TS SCI with Polygraph

The likely salary range for this position is $182,882 - $247,428. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
