*** K  seeks a seasoned Program Manager who, with broad autonomy, will lead the administrative and operational facets of one or more government services projects determined customer needs and contractual obligations. This role demands a professional who has honed their skills over at least a decade in a management capacity, adept at navigating the complexities of project oversight and skilled at driving interdepartmental coordination to surpass review and approval benchmarks.
*** What You’ll Do
***** As a*
* ** Program Manager****, you will be responsible for all aspects of the deployment and management of contractor support personnel assigned to work on all Task Orders awarded under the IDIQ contract.*
* ** You will be located in the DMV area and*
* ** expected to be onsite 100% with occasional*
* ** OCONUS travel.
**** The tasks include, but are not limited to:
*** Fully coordinate and collaborate on all tasks, activities, requirements and issues as they pertain to the support of the Customer
* Identify issues and adapt program plans according to the Customer feedback on program cost, performance, quality, schedule and risk.
* Develop plans and schedules, and define and document the implementation of requirements
* Use established program management procedures to monitor cost, schedule, inventory, and performance; assess variances of the plan and take necessary corrective action.
* Review and clarify contract requirements as they are dispensed from the requirements management tool, and propose cleared, qualified personnel to expeditiously fulfill the requirements
* Identify potential downstream issues that may negatively affect meeting requirements and provide recommendations to mitigate negative impacts
* Manage customer expectations with proactive, consistent and transparent communication.
* Ensure continuity of support with contractor personnel changes and approving of TO staffing alignments /allocations
* Interface with the CO, COTR and Government leadership
* Oversee the execution of the Transition Plan
* Oversee the management and implementation of the PMP
* Serve as the primary point of contact for formal discussion with the customer, including frequent customer interaction with the intent to sustain and improve customer satisfaction
* Oversee the Contractor’s Environmental, Health and Safety functions, ensuring that all safe work practices are being followed
* Monitor cost control, financial reports, budgeting, and overall operating costs
* Oversee the coordination of work priorities and monitoring of methods, procedures and programs
* Improve cost-effectiveness and efficiency
* Oversee the monitoring and inspecting of maintenance, repair and service operations for quality control and contract compliance
* Ensure that management and contract reports are accurate before submission.
** This is a contingent position based upon contract award
**** Requirements
* ** Must possess a TS/SCI with current Poly
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or Engineering plus a total of ten (10) years’ experience in Management level positions.  OR,
* Bachelor’s degree in another field and ten (10) years of experience in project level positions PLUS six (6) years’ experience in field of Engineering or Business
* PMP Certification (Project Management Professional)
* Personnel management experience with excellent oral and written communication skills.
* Proficient knowledge and experience in the use of project management concepts to manage items including, but not limited to: project schedule, scope, cost, risk, and deliverables and related metrics
* Knowledge of customer exercise or crisis management communities and experience planning, coordinating and executing support to special events
* Familiarity and willingness to manage a 24/7/365 operational environment### Basic Compensation:### $209,000 – $278,700 annually (This range is for the VA area only)
