Machine Operator | Day & Night Shifts Available | Chantilly, VA
Kelly is hiring Machine Operators for a leading production facility in Chantilly, VA. This is a great opportunity for candidates with manufacturing, machine operation, warehouse, assembly, or production experience who are looking for steady hours and long-term potential.
Pay Rates- Day Shift (5:00 AM - 5:00 PM): $17.00/hr
- Night Shift (5:00 PM - 5:00 AM): $19.50/hr
- 12-hour shifts
- Flexible scheduling available
- Full-time opportunities
- Operate production equipment used to manufacture and package credit cards and related materials
- Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as needed
- Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met
- Load materials into machines and remove finished products
- Package completed products and prepare materials for shipment
- Maintain accurate production records
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
- Work closely with production and logistics teams to support daily operations
- High school diploma or GED
- Previous manufacturing, machine operation, warehouse, assembly, or production experience preferred
- Ability to learn new equipment and production processes
- Basic computer skills
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Reliable attendance and dependable work ethic
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Ability to stand for the duration of a 12‑hour shift
- Frequent lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Reaching, bending, stretching, and repetitive movements throughout the shift
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced production environment
