Auto Parts Coordinator

Job Summary

Auto Parts Coordinator to inspect, verify, and distribute parts to workstations while confirming arrival and accuracy with Body Technicians. The Parts Coordinator will also follow all guidelines in accordance with Caliber and OEM standards using our state‑of‑the‑art equipment.

• 1+ year(s) of experience completing orders; vendor management preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver's license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy.
• Ability to perform consistent physical activity – reach below and above shoulder level, kneel, bend, squat, and lift objects over 50 lbs.
• Can understand written and verbal instructions, read and understand instructions, written estimates, and work orders.
• Can prioritize competing tasks and adapt easily to a fast‑paced environment.
