Location:
Chantilly, VA
* Develop company initiatives to engage staff from across the company
* Provide Orientation training to new staff on a weekly basis
* Develop Marketing strategies for the company using social media and traditional methods
* Work with Graphic designers to develop marketing material
* Plan company gatherings and events
* Work with company leadership to develop quarterly company newsletter
* Assist in development of company communications (newsletter + all hands + portal…etc.).
* Develop company awards process and promote knowledge sharing events
* Fill in administrative functions as needed Desired qualifications:
* Bachelor’s Degree In Marketing or similar discipline
* Experience with social media
* Experience with Microsoft Office
* Strong writing skills
* Good presentation skills
Salary: $50,000 - 60,000
