Are you a full-stack marketer who knows the difference between marketing that looks good and marketing that gets results?
Empower Home is looking for a VP of Marketing who can take ownership of the entire marketing function, from strategy and lead generation to messaging, campaigns, analytics, vendors, systems, and team leadership.
This is not a role for someone who has spent their career owning just one piece of marketing inside a large organization.
We’re looking for someone who has worn a lot of hats
. Someone who has been responsible for figuring out what to market, who to market to, what offer to make, how to get people to raise their hands, how to measure the results, and what to do next.
You might have led marketing for a smaller company, fitness company, home services organization, real estate company, or another lead-driven business where you had to be both the strategist and the person who could roll up your sleeves and make things happen.
And there’s one thing we want to be especially clear about:

Empower Home is heavily focused on direct-response marketing
. We care about the offer, the message, the audience, the call to action, the response, and ultimately the business result.
Sometimes the most effective marketing isn't the prettiest.
In fact, one of our best non-met lead-generation strategies is famously not the most beautiful piece of marketing you'll ever see. But it works because it gives people enough value to raise their hand.
If your first instinct is to ask, “How many qualified leads did this generate?” rather than simply, “Does this look good?”, you may be exactly who we're looking for.
Compensation & BenefitsSalary Range: $100,000–$150,000 based on experience and demonstrated results
