About the RoleWe're looking for an energetic and creative Marketing Coordinator to help us connect with our community and customers. If you enjoy brainstorming new ideas, working with graphics, and collaborating with a fun team, this could be a great fit!
What You’ll Do- Design content for Facebook ads, flyers, and other marketing materials
- Communicate with marketing vendors for campaign information and pricing
- Track ongoing campaigns and monthly ROI
- Pull and review reports to ensure accurate CRM data
- Conduct market research and suggest new marketing strategies
- Assist the Marketing Manager with various projects as needed
- Monday-Friday, 8AM-5PM (one-hour lunch break)
- Office located in Chantilly, VA
- Required:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite)
- 3+ years of marketing experience
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Preferred:
- Familiarity with HVAC and plumbing industry terms
- Experience in digital marketing or CRM management
