CRi is seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide skilled nursing care to individuals with /DD in their homes in the Vienna, VA area. The LPN will supervise DSPs, work with the interdisciplinary team, and ensure care plans comply with physician orders and regulations.
Candidates must hold a Virginia license or compact state license, have at least 2 years of nursing experience, and possess a valid driver's license.
