Option Care Health is hiring a registered nurse with infusion experience to deliver skilled home-based care across our patient population. You will implement and adjust care plans, administer medications, and educate patients and families in a home setting. A valid RN license and CPR are required, with 1+ year of nursing experience preferred.
You will coordinate with the clinical team to ensure seamless continuity of care and compliance with policies, while traveling as needed to patient sites.
