We are a locally owned and operated home health agency with over 20 years of experience. As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) PRN, you will render 1-on-1 treatment in the comfort of the patient’s home.
- Paperless documentation with Homecare Homebase EMR
- Care Maps guide treatment for diseases
- Feedback reviews after 30, 60 and 90 days
- Education, training and collaboration

Qualifications
- Graduate of a state approved school for Licensed Practical/Vocational Nursing
- Minimum of one (1) year experience in nursing is preferred
