Five Star Home Health Care LLC in Chantilly, VA is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for home health care. This full-time, in-person role focuses on 1-on-1 patient care in the home, with a company car you can take home and a gas credit card.
You will work Monday–Friday with benefits, 2 weeks PTO plus 8 paid company holidays, a 401k with company match, and tuition reimbursement up to $3,400 per year.
Experience:
state-approved LPN program; 1 year preferred.
