CDS Full Time Event Manager - Product Demonstration

Club Demonstration Services (CDS) seeks an Event Manager to recruit, hire, and supervise in‑store Product Demonstrators. The role includes overseeing product preparation and presentation, training staff, and ensuring exceptional service to Club members while coordinating with warehouse managers, vendors, and store staff for new location grand openings.

• Tuesday‑Saturday schedule (8:30 AM – 5:30 PM, may vary based on needs)

• Recruit, train, and hire part‑time staff.
• Manage product preparation and presentation, including adherence to food safety and sanitation standards.
• Lead training of Product Demonstrators on demonstration techniques and customer service excellence.
• Communicate effectively among managers, vendors, and demonstrators.
• Participate in new location grand openings as required.
• Direct all promotional event activities to drive vendor product sales and customer engagement.
• Evaluate event performance metrics and make practical adjustments.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2–4 years of experience in retail, hospitality, or food service environments.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to lead high‑performing teams and exercise independent judgment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
• NEHA Professional Food Handler Certification required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for extended periods, and work in cold or extreme environments.
• Flexibility to work in fast‑paced settings and adapt to changing priorities.
• Travel and driving responsibilities as needed.
