• Support our brand values in all interactions, demonstrating integrity and honesty.
• Keep the store clean and organized by performing various cleaning tasks and maintaining merchandise displays.
• Adhere to the company dress code and present a professional appearance at all times.
• Efficiently manage incoming merchandise to ensure timely display and product availability.
• Understand loss prevention practices and follow policies regarding cash handling and disposal of merchandise.
• Maximize productivity by following best practices and streamlining workflows.

• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
• Basic mathematical skills for handling transactions and cash.

• Ability to remain active for the entire shift, including standing, walking, and moving throughout the store.
• Capability to bend, squat, kneel, and lift items over 25 pounds when necessary.
• Experience using store equipment, including registers and janitorial tools.
