Position Overview:

As a Retail Cashier, you will play an essential role in delivering exceptional customer service. Your main responsibility will be to ensure a fast, friendly, and accurate checkout experience for every customer.

• Process checkout and return transactions efficiently.
• Manage and maintain the Self-Checkout area, ensuring a smooth customer experience.
• Engage with customers to provide product knowledge and identify sales opportunities.
• Adhere to company policies to minimize shrinkage and uphold security standards.
• As a Head Cashier, support your fellow Cashiers by expediting price checks and approving Point of Sale transactions and markdowns across various departments.
• Serve as the first line of support for customer issues, providing resolution and guidance.
• Assist in training and coaching other Front End Associates, including new Cashier recruits.
