The Area Sales Director supports DSD (direct store delivery) sales and  (Independent Distributors) operations. Responsibilities include managing customer relationships, executing sales activities, expanding the customer base, identifying new selling opportunities, tracking sales data, and ensuring promotion and display execution. The role collaborates with the Market Vice President and Sales Enablement team to analyze market opportunities and adjust sales strategies using consumer insights.

• Support DSD sales and IDs, managing customer relationships and sales activities.
• Grow the customer base and identify new selling opportunities in the market.
• Track sales data and use digital tools to demonstrate execution wins and opportunities for growth.
• Build and maintain solid customer relationships with key accounts to ensure promotion and display execution.
• Collaborate with the Market Vice President and Sales Enablement team to analyze market and territory opportunities and adjust strategies based on consumer insights.

• 5 years of relevant experience in general management or sales, including experience as a sales rep, distributor, or other sales role.
• Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Sales or Business Administration) or equivalent experience.
• Ability to acquire and maintain a DOT Medical Card.
• Valid driver’s license and safe driving record.
• At least 21 years of age.

USD 74,746.95 – 82,615.05 per year.
