As a Home Services Inspector, you’ll understand Orkin’s termite protection services and make strategic recommendations to customers. You’ll conduct 360 inspections and build trusted relationships.

No experience required – we’ll train you.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to obtain pesticide license/certification, if required (company paid)
• Ability to work independently in the field and interact with customers
• Consideration for all qualified applicants consistent with applicable laws

• Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer's capacity
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs
• Access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, rooftops, balancing, kneeling, crouching or crawling
• Wear PPE, sometimes requiring an OSHA‑compliant respirator
• Willing to work in various weather conditions
