ResponsibilitiesAs a Home Services Inspector, you’ll understand Orkin’s termite protection services and make strategic recommendations to customers. You’ll conduct 360 inspections and build trusted relationships.

- Schedule sales appointments and explain products to customers
- Inspect interior and exterior of homes
- Make recommendations based on inspections

- Compensation from $50,000 to $100,000 per year (base + commissions)

No experience required – we’ll train you.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to obtain pesticide license/certification, if required (company paid)
- Ability to work independently in the field and interact with customers
- Consideration for all qualified applicants consistent with applicable laws
- Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer's capacity
- Lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, rooftops, balancing, kneeling, crouching or crawling
- Wear PPE, sometimes requiring an OSHA‑compliant respirator
- Willing to work in various weather conditions
