Area Sales Director

Position Responsibilities

• Support DSD (direct store delivery) sales and IDs (Independent Distributors) by managing customer relationships, engaging in sales activities, growing the customer base, and seeking new selling opportunities.
• Track sales data and build and maintain solid relationships with key accounts to ensure promotion and display execution.
• Utilize digital tools to demonstrate execution wins and identify opportunities for continued growth.
• Collaborate with the Market Vice President and the Sales Enablement team to analyze market and territory opportunities, maximize sales, and adjust strategies using consumer insights.

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in general management or sales, including experience as a sales representative, distributor, or other sales position.
• Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.

• Must be able to acquire and maintain a DOT Medical Card.
• Valid driver’s license and a safe driving record.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.

Salary Range: $74,746.95 – $82,615.05.
