Honda of Chantilly is hiring an Internet Sales Manager to help us turn online leads into real results. In this role, you’ll work closely with our Sales Managers and lead a team that thrives on collaboration and success. • Generate appointments and quotes by means of proactive outbound prospecting and lead activity management in an effort to qualify and market to potential customers
• Manage business development representatives for internet lead generation process
• Handle all incoming internet opportunities
• Be available to respond to all inquiries in a professional, well-spoken manner
• Assist customers in appropriate vehicle selection
• Create, maintain and measure the internet business development processes

• Prior sales + Leadership experience
• Drive to meet, and exceed, sales quotas and goals
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with customers & dealership personnel
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
  
  Commitment to ensuring high customer satisfaction
• Fluency in English and Spanish highly preferred
