Our commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction has made us a trusted name in the community. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a Sales Manager to lead and expand our sales team while driving revenue growth.

Position Summary:
The Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing the residential sales team, developing sales strategies, and ensuring strong customer relationships. This role is ideal for a results-driven leader with a proven track record in HVAC sales, team management, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth.
  • Monitor performance metrics and provide coaching to improve sales effectiveness.
  • Oversee lead generation, follow-up processes, and customer relationship management.
  • Work closely with marketing and operations to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, products, and competitive market conditions.
  • Conduct training programs for the sales team to enhance skills and product knowledge.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • 5+ years of HVAC sales experience
  • Strong understanding of residential solutions.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience in developing and executing successful sales strategies.
  • Excellent leadership, coaching, and team-building skills.
  • Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales tracking tools.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
  • Must have High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Must have a clean driving record with 0 or positive points.
  • A want to constantly learn about the HVAC trade and stay up to date on new technology.
  • Must pass a drug screening and background check.
