Sales and Marketing

Long® Fence, the industry leader for over 80 years, is seeking a Commercial Estimator/Project Manager to join our team in Chantilly, Virginia.

• Review the project’s scope or work
• Access building plans and specifications
• Compile costs and create proposals
• Communicate with clients throughout the bid process
• Utilize Salesforce for all aspects of the project

• 5+ years commercial construction estimating
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Valid driver's license
• Reliable vehicle and ability to commute to office and territory appointments daily
• Pass pre-employment drug test, including marijuana (Medical Marijuana Card not acceptable)

Full‑time exempt.

Hours:

Monday‑Friday 7:30am‑4:00pm, in‑office at Chantilly, VA.

Compensation includes base plus commission. The minimum compensation for this position is $61,000.00 annually. The maximum compensation for this position is $ annually. Compensation above is based on commission averages and is not guaranteed.
