** What You’ll Do
*** Lead and manage all aspects of the new and pre-owned sales departments.
* Recruit, train, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team.
* Drive sales performance, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
* Monitor inventory, pricing strategies, and market trends.
* Partner with Finance and Fixed Operations to maximize dealership performance.
* Coach managers and sales consultants through performance management and professional development.
* Ensure compliance with dealership policies and manufacturer standards.
* Foster a culture built on integrity, accountability, and exceptional customer service.##
** What We’re Looking For
*** Previous experience as a General Sales Manager, Sales Manager, or other automotive sales leadership role.
* Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills.
* Demonstrated success in increasing sales volume and profitability.
* Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical abilities.
* Experience with dealership CRM and DMS systems.
* Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.##
