Priority Nissan in Chantilly is looking for an experienced General Sales Manager to lead our sales operation and take performance to the next level.

What You'll Do- Lead and manage all aspects of the new and pre-owned sales departments.
- Recruit, train, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team.
- Drive sales performance, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor inventory, pricing strategies, and market trends.
- Partner with Finance and Fixed Operations to maximize dealership performance.
- Coach managers and sales consultants through performance management and professional development.
- Ensure compliance with dealership policies and manufacturer standards.
- Foster a culture built on integrity, accountability, and exceptional customer service.
- Previous experience as a General Sales Manager, Sales Manager, or other automotive sales leadership role.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills.
- Demonstrated success in increasing sales volume and profitability.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical abilities.
- Experience with dealership CRM and DMS systems.
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
