As Account Manager, you are the face of Richstone Surfaces with our top contractor accounts and direct homeowner clients. This isn’t a passive account-maintenance role — you’ll be actively growing a book of business while managing the full lifecycle of every project you own. You’ll report directly to the Richstone Sales Manager and Owners, and you’ll be expected to bring the same level of care and professionalism to a first-time homeowner as to a high-volume contractor partner.

• Build and manage relationships with contractor accounts — both those assigned to you and new accounts you develop through outreach and networking
• Guide clients through counter top material and color selections, bringing both product knowledge and design instinct to every conversation
• Coordinate with the estimating department to deliver accurate, timely quotes based on 2020 designs, architectural plans, hand drawings, and specification sheets
• Own all job details end to end — CRM updates, scheduling per company policy, occasional job site visits, and ensuring every specification is correct and aligned with client expectations
• Respond to all incoming leads within 24 hours — without exception
• Problem-solve through deal challenges and project complications, drawing on the support of the Sales Manager and Owners when needed
• Maintain a positive, professional presence that reflects well on Richstone Surfaces at every touchpoint

• Organized and detail-oriented — you’re the person who catches the mistake before it becomes a problem
• A responsive communicator — you treat a 24-hour response window not as a ceiling, but as a minimum
• Comfortable with the full arc of a sale — from prospecting and estimating to scheduling, installation, and follow-through
• Adaptable and solutions-minded — when a deal gets complicated, you lean in rather than hand it off
• Experience in construction, home improvement, luxury surfaces, or a related industry is a strong plus

• BASE SALARY - $65,000
• VARIABLE COMPENSATION - $55,000
• ANNUAL QUOTA - $1,500,000

Variable compensation is based on monthly and quarterly sales targets. Commissions are uncapped — there is no ceiling on what you can earn.
