Strategic Account Manager

Colonial Webb is seeking an enthusiastic Account Manager with a mechanical engineering or skilled trades background. The ideal candidate understands the applications of HVAC, electrical and plumbing systems, has solid computer skills (Microsoft Office products suite), is committed to continuous learning in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys interaction with many team members and clients.

• $90k‑$100k base salary
• Commission opportunities, car allowance, gas card, EZ Pass
• OTE (base + commission) of $120k for your first year

• Self‑generate a pipeline, prospect new commercial accounts and build territory while maintaining contract account base
• Support sales and operations for Service Project and Service Agreement opportunities
• Perform estimating activities for commercial mechanical service projects (e.g., equipment replacements, retrofits, installations)
• Develop trusting relationships with customers and grow those relationships
• Identify customer objectives and determine how our services may fit their needs
• Analyze and make recommendations on modifying and repositioning agreements during renewal processes

• Mechanical Engineering degree or 2+ years of mechanical experience (HVAC, plumbing, or electrical)
• Experience working with facility managers, property managers, building engineers, and operations directors
• Skillful listener with excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
• Pipeline management experience
• Proficiency with MS Office, CRM systems, and Internet use
• Client management skills; able to manage customer relationships, perceptions, and expectations
• Solid computer skills (Microsoft Office suite)
