Job Title: Entry Level Sales & Laborer Company: 1-800-GOT-JUNK?
Pay: $24–$28/hr average ($13.50 + Profit Share + Tips)
Job Type: Full-time

1-800-GOT-JUNK? is hiring a Entry Level Sales & Laborer to join our growing team. This role is perfect for someone with sales experience who wants to stay active, work outdoors, and earn based on performance. You’ll meet customers face-to-face, provide pricing, and close sales on the spot—while working with a team to complete the job.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver excellent customer service on every job
• Safely lift, carry, and load items into trucks
• Work efficiently as part of a team
• Represent the company in a professional manner

Requirements:

• Strong communication and closing skills
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly
• Comfortable working outdoors in various conditions
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Valid driver’s license & 21+

• Full-time availability required
• 5 days per week (4 weekdays + Saturday or Sunday)
• Overtime opportunities available based on customer demand and job volume.
