Full-Time Career Opportunity In-Office Position Evening and Weekend Availability Required MUST HAVE A VALID MARYLAND AND/OR VIRGINIA REAL ESTATE LICENSE

Engage with incoming inquiries via calls, texts, and emails Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through exceptional service Manage and update CRM and sales pipeline systems Connect and pair clients with the right Outside Sales Agent for their needs Maintain relationships and engage with past clients Collaborate with the sales team to enhance strategies and achieve collective goals

Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Customer-focused mindset with the ability to multi-task Tech-savvy and able to learn various computer programs and internet-based software
