You bring relentless drive to securing contracts, expanding key relationships, and winning at scale.

Success in this role requires deep experience selling into the U.S. federal government and government contractor community, along with the ability to align people, processes, and operations to deliver exceptional value and world-class service to federal and enterprise clients.

Strategic Leadership & Growth
  • Build a bold, effective GTM strategy for federal and enterprise market penetration.
  • Own revenue growth, margin expansion, forecasting, and pipeline execution.
  • Lead all service sales functions with clarity, accountability, and urgency.
Team Building & Cross-Functional Leadership
  • Recruit, motivate, and develop top-performing teams across Sales, Marketing, Fulfillment, and Client Support.
  • Drive a high-performance culture rooted in ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure alignment and partnership with Operations, ITAD Processing, and Executive Leadership.
Federal Market Expansion
  • Unlock opportunities through contract vehicles, teaming agreements, and strategic partnerships.
  • Lead capture strategies, RFP responses, and senior-level federal engagements.
  • Identify emerging needs, develop new service offerings, and shape the future of federal ITAD solutions.
Operational & Service Excellence
  • Ensure seamless coordination between sales promises and operational delivery.
  • Build processes, standards, and reporting frameworks that maximize efficiency and client satisfaction.
  • Champion data-driven decision-making and KPI-based performance management.
Business Development & Revenue Ownership
  • Drive high-intent leads across government, government contracting, and enterprise verticals.
  • Optimize pricing, client acquisition strategies, and margin protection.
  • Personally lead key deals, strategic negotiations, and enterprise-level federal pursuits
You're a Perfect Fit If You:
  • Have a proven track record of exceeding sales targets in competitive B2B environments.
  • Bring deep experience selling into the U.S. federal government and Gov Con ecosystem.
  • Possess unparalleled leadership skills and the ability to build and inspire a high-performing cross-functional team.
  • Are a strategic thinker who recognizes opportunities early and executes with excellence.
  • Thrive in fast-paced, results-oriented environments where winning consistently is the expectation.
  • Lead with integrity, humility, and a commitment to serving others.
Required Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in Sales, Federal Capture, Service Delivery, or ITAD/IT services.
  • Proven history of managing P&L responsibility and delivering strong revenue and profit performance.
  • Demonstrated success leading cross-functional teams across sales, operations, and service programs.
  • Deep understanding of the federal procurement process, contract vehicles, and capture management.
  • Strong organizational, strategic, and execution skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in IT Asset Disposition, electronics resale, cybersecurity services, or high-security government environments.
  • Knowledge of industry certifications (R2v3, NAID AAA, ISO).
  • Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or operational improvement methodologies.
