Contract Manager – Integrated Cyber Team

In this contract manager role, you will bring advanced contract management expertise to Booz Allen’s Integrated Cyber team, serving as a trusted advisor and business partner. You will support all phases of the acquisition life cycle, identifying, managing, and mitigating risks, participating in strategic discussions for future contracts, analyzing solicitations and teaming agreements, negotiating, and managing contracts. Your expertise will help craft specialized contract vehicles and techniques to meet business goals.

• Experience in contract administration, negotiations, and proposal preparation
• Experience with different contract types (Cost‑Plus, Fixed‑Price, Time & Materials, Level of Effort, Award or Incentive‑Fee)
• Experience negotiating contracts with industry partners, including NDAs and teaming agreements
• Knowledge of contract concepts, acquisition law, and regulations
• Ability to support complex contract activity, develop specialized contract vehicles, and drive business objectives
• Ability to use independent judgment and creativity to resolve contractual issues
• Capability to develop customer relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• TS/SCI security clearance
• High school diploma or equivalent

• Experience with Other Transaction Agreements (OTA) or Commercial Solutions Openings (CSO)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• TS/SCI clearance with polygraph
• NCMA Professional Certification (CPCM, CFCM, or CCCM)

• TS/SCI clearance required; applicants selected will undergo a security investigation and must meet eligibility for access to classified information.

Salary range: $99,000.00 to $ (annualized USD).
