Provide customer service by carrying out site-specific procedures, following post orders, and/or supporting emergency response activities when appropriate;
Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and document observations according to site protocols;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or identify security-related concerns;
Monitor access points, verify visitor and/or vendor entry as directed, and report suspicious behavior, hazards, and/or policy violations to site contacts;
Communicate with employees, visitors, and/or supervisors regarding security-related matters, and assist with incident reporting and follow-up as needed
