Position: Guard Site Manager (GSM), Kuwait * Contingent Upon Award* WPS Protection/Guard

Overview

A Guard Site Manager (GSM) is responsible for managing, directing, and scheduling guard force operations at the complex to which he/she is assigned. This includes ensuring that guard posts are staffed, and guards have been trained, equipped, and vetted in accordance with the contract prior to beginning work and monitoring performance to ensure contract objectives are met. He/she interfaces directly with US Government personnel and acts as designated company POC.

Responsibilities

The GSM is required to pass an annual Physical Ability Test per AR 190-56.

The GSM shall manage and direct guard operations on a daily basis under direction from US Government supervisory personnel IAW DOD, AR, corporate and Kuwaiti regulations.

The GSM shall plan, manage, and evaluate guard force operations and contract budget.

The GSM will supervise large groups of guards or specific sectors or functions of the guard program for the site or collection of sites (complex) to which assigned.

Qualifications

U.S. Citizen - must have and maintain a Secret Level Security Clearance

Must possess experience of not less than ten (10) years total, with at least 6 years of Military background with honorable discharge, and the remaining can be either military, police, and/or PSC

Prior experience as officer, warrant officer or senior non-commissioned officer (E-7 or higher) or team leader in armed forces, police, or private security company in a contingency area, and must be similar in complexity and scope to the specific Task Order

Must have demonstrated proficiency of Microsoft Office Suite software to include Outlook, Power Point, Excel, Word, and Internet Explorer
