Security Officer Patrol and Guest Assistance

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to all persons at the location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities in a logistics and distribution environment.;
Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and sharing relevant information with site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership.;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout loading areas, parking areas, trailer yards, entry points, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or unusual conditions.;
Monitor the movement of visitors, drivers, and/or deliveries at designated access points, verifying required credentials, following post instructions, and reporting issues related to property, equipment, and/or operational areas.
