Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and sharing relevant information;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout office areas, lobbies, parking areas, and the perimeter to deter unauthorized activity;
Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site protocols;
Prepare clear, timely reports of incidents, patrol activities, and/or maintenance concerns, and communicate notable updates to Allied Universal leadership and designated site representatives
