Provide customer service by carrying out site-specific procedures, access control protocols, and/or emergency response activities at a busy logistics and distribution location;
Monitor entrances, gates, and/or designated access points by verifying credentials, processing visitors and drivers, and documenting arrivals and departures according to site requirements;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate relevant details to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership;
Conduct regular and random patrols around the location, including exterior perimeters, shipping and receiving areas, parking areas, and other assigned zones as conditions allow;
Help to deter unauthorized access and/or policy violations by observing site activity, reporting unusual conditions, and following established security-related procedures for personnel, vehicles, and deliveries
