Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.;
Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner and report relevant details according to site protocols.;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including interior areas, exterior grounds, and perimeter checkpoints, to help to deter unauthorized activity.;
Monitor access points, observe on-site conditions, and document security-related concerns, hazards, and/or policy violations for follow-up.;
Support daily operations by communicating with site contacts, following post instructions, and assisting with security-related requests as appropriate for the location.
