Senior Technical Targeter

Job Description

War Collar Industries is seeking an experienced Cyber Targeting Specialist to support mission‑critical Intelligence Community operations. This position is ideal for professionals with a strong background in cyber targeting, technical research, and intelligence reporting who thrive in a fast‑paced operational environment. You will directly support customer missions by identifying targeting opportunities, conducting in‑depth research, and producing high‑quality intelligence products that enable informed operational decisions.

• Directly support customer cyber targeting activities in support of Intelligence Community missions.
• Conduct technical research using customer‑provided tools to identify and develop actionable targeting information.
• Analyze data from multiple sources to support operational planning and mission execution.
• Produce clear, accurate, and timely reports that communicate findings and recommendations to customer stakeholders.
• Collaborate with mission partners and technical teams to support evolving operational requirements.

• TS/SCI Full Scope Polygraph is required.
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience as a Cyber Targeter directly supporting customer activities.
• Minimum of one (1) year of experience conducting research using customer tools.
• Demonstrated experience writing reports and intelligence products for customer audiences.
• Strong analytical, research, and written communication skills.
