Provide customer service to clients, drivers, visitors, and employees by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate;
Conduct regular and random patrols of distribution areas, loading docks, trailer yards, parking areas, and the facility perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity or conditions;
Monitor access points and verify authorized entry for personnel, visitors, and delivery traffic in accordance with site procedures;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and notifying appropriate personnel;
Maintain detailed activity logs and complete incident reports while supporting the orderly movement of vehicles, packages, and people throughout the location
