Provide customer service to clients, patients, visitors, and/or staff while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and emergency response activities as appropriate.;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of healthcare laboratory areas, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter locations to deter unauthorized activity and identify concerns.;
Monitor access points and verify authorized entry in accordance with site-specific policies, maintaining awareness of restricted laboratory and specimen-handling areas.;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner; document observations and notify appropriate personnel.;
Maintain accurate activity logs and incident reports while supporting a professional, respectful environment for healthcare operations.
