Security Officer - Part Time Patrol Communications

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or property management personnel by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies.;
Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of commercial property buildings, parking areas, common areas, access points, and perimeter locations to deter unauthorized activity.;
Monitor access to the location, observe visitor and contractor activity, and report suspicious behavior, hazards, or maintenance concerns to appropriate personnel.;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following post orders and escalation procedures.;
Prepare clear and accurate activity, incident, and patrol reports in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific requirements.
