We are looking for an Electronics Technician 1 to join our Security and Electronic Systems (SES) Business Unit. In this role, you will be involved in designing, engineering, integrating, operating, and maintaining electronic security services, including intrusion detection, access control, biometric authentication, video surveillance, audiovisual systems, IT systems, perimeter defense, and command and control systems for federal, local, and commercial clients across high-growth markets.

Responsibilities include:

• Installing and maintaining electronic security systems.
• Performing preventive maintenance, inspections, evaluations, and inventory management.
• Leading small to moderately complex installation projects.
• Conducting and documenting daily toolbox talks.
• Installing head-end equipment at local and global levels according to design packages.
• Programming systems for access control, intrusion detection, and CCTV.
• Troubleshooting hardware and systems at local and global levels.
• Providing on-site software commissioning and testing.

Qualifications:

• Must hold an ACTIVE TS/SCI clearance and be willing to sit for a polygraph.
• High school diploma or GED, military electronics training, graduation from an accredited electronics technician or electrical apprenticeship program, with an additional three years of electronics installation or maintenance experience.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.

Experience and Skills:

• At least 2 years of electronics installation and maintenance experience across multiple systems and customer programs.
• Strong oral, written, and presentation skills.
• Experience working with multidisciplinary teams and managing time effectively.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is advantageous.

Preferred Certifications:

• Vendor certifications in IDS, ACS, CCTV systems, and experience with specific systems like Identiv/Hirsch Velocity, Bosch Radionics, and BVMS.
