• Installing and maintaining electronic security systems.
• Performing preventive maintenance requirements.
• Performing inspections, evaluations, and inventory.
• Leading teams on large complex installation projects with limited supervision.
• Leading and documenting daily toolbox talks, ORMs and safety audits.
• Installing and maintaining equipment at both the local and global level per design packages.
• Programming and installing head‑end equipment for access control, intrusion detection, and CCTV systems.
• Troubleshooting and isolating both systems and/or hardware at both a local and global level.
• Leading on‑site software commissioning and testing.
• Leading inspections, evaluations, and inventory; performing take‑off project drawings; creating documents.
• Documenting and tracking RFIs.
• Design assist and feedback.
• Documenting daily reports and project progress.
• Communicating project and team‑member issues/concerns to management.
• Creating and managing project schedules; integrating IDS, ACS and CCTV systems.
• Forecasting and managing project labor hours; communicating effectively with supervisors and subordinates.
• Guiding and mentoring technicians.

• Applicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation and may meet eligibility requirements, including U.S. Citizenship, for access to classified information; ACTIVE TS/SCI CLEARANCE with the ability to obtain a polygraph is required.

  requires a valid driver’s license; this position may require ongoing or intermittent use of a company vehicle; selected candidates must possess an acceptable driving record in accordance with our policy.
• Must be able to travel 50% of the time.

• HS diploma or GED.
• Military Electronics Training (minimum 720 classroom hours).
• Graduation from an accredited Electronics Technician program.
• Graduation from an Electrical Apprenticeship program.
• Additional three (3) years of electronics installation and/or maintenance activities.

• 8+ years of electronics installation and/or maintenance activities on multiple systems and with multiple customer programs.
• 3 years of the above experience focused on electronic security systems.
• Strong oral, written, and presentation skills.
• Demonstrated background working with multidisciplinary teams.
• Demonstrated time‑management and organization skills to meet deadlines and quality objectives.
• Strong MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills is a plus.
• Must be able to travel 50% of the time.

• Vendor certifications in multiple IDS, ACS, and CCTV systems (CCURE, Lenel, Identiv/Hirsch Velocity, Bosch Radionics, Bosch CCTV, Bosch BVMS, AIphone Intercom Systems Airphone, FFT, DIVAR, Windows operating systems).
• Experience in installation of said systems.
