We are seeking a licensed Commercial Electrician with a background in HVAC or Controls to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting electrical systems in commercial settings. Ideal candidates will have hands-on experience in commercial environments, a strong understanding of safety protocols, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. - Pay Range : $40-$50 hourly
- Perform electrical installation and repair operations to electrical systems and control systems
- Install and repair equipment relays, starters, switches, motors, motor control centers, switch gear, transformers, power distribution centers, heat tracing systems, and cable trays
- Determine conduit sizes, pull conductors, make terminations and install junction boxes
- Support HVAC and BAS operations relative to retrofits, construction projects, installations, equipment replacements, and other service projects
- Journeyman license and experience in power and control wiring, and commercial electrical installations
- Basic knowledge of mechanical systems (HVAC, Plumbing, BAS, etc.)
- Must be able to work independently without supervision and control your own project
- Strong industry knowledge and experience is required
- Completion of applicable trade school
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Knowledge of NEC and applicable local codes and OSHA safety regulations
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Clean driving record and ability to pass a drug screen and background check
