We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Install Apprentice to join our dynamic team. The Install Apprentice will work under the guidance of experienced technicians to learn and assist in the installation of HVAC systems and some Water Heaters. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to start a career in the HVAC and plumbing industry, offering hands‑on training and the chance to develop valuable skills in a supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities- Assist senior technicians in the installation of HVAC systems, including air conditioning units, furnaces, and heat pumps.
- Help with the installation and replacement of plumbing fixtures such as water heaters.
- Carry out basic tasks such as measuring, cutting, and threading pipes.
- Participate in on-the-job training to gain knowledge of tools, equipment, and installation techniques.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring all tools and materials are properly stored.
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
- Communicate effectively with team members and customers to provide updates and receive instructions.
- Attend training sessions and workshops to further develop technical skills and industry knowledge.
- Other duties as necessary.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Basic understanding of HVAC and plumbing systems is a plus, but not required.
- Strong desire to learn and develop a career in the HVAC and plumbing industry.
- Ability to follow instructions and work well in a team environment.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Physical ability to perform manual labor, including lifting heavy objects and working in confined spaces.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
