Insight, LLC is an established and growing company providing a full range of underground utility services in the Washington DC Metro area. We are seeking experienced Pipe Inspection CCTV Operators to join our dedicated team of creative problem solvers, contributing to the successful completion of high-profile projects across the Washington Metro area, including airport expansions, roadway improvements, and mixed‑use developments.

As a Pipe Inspection CCTV Operator, you will play a vital role in the inspection of underground storm drains in support of commercial construction projects in the Washington Metro area.

• Operate robotic camera equipment to inspect and record the condition of storm drains during pre‑ and post‑construction.
• Interpret blueprints and project plans.
• Collaborate with construction teams to provide real‑time updates on inspections.
• Maintain detailed records of inspections.
• Adhere to safety protocols while working in various construction environments.
• Perform other tasks as required.

• Proven experience as a Pipe Inspection CCTV Operator.
• NASSCO Certification.
• Strong ability to read blueprints and understand construction plans.
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and clients.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards.

• Valid driver’s license.
• Good driving record.
• Successful completion of a background check and drug screen.

Regular use of hands and fingers to operate specialized equipment and tools; reaching overhead above the shoulders and horizontally; bending at the waist; standing and or walking for extended periods of time; hearing and speaking to exchange information; carrying 3–5 lb. electronic locating equipment for extended periods of time; lifting objects up to 50 pounds or lifting in excess of 50 lbs.
