Qualifications for this key position include:

A demonstrated passion for home repair projects

A track record of high performance and achievement

Well-rounded experience in residential construction. To include a minimum of 3 years experience in one or more of the following trades:

Demolition

Trim and rough carpentry

Cabinet installation

Drywall installation, finishing and repair

Painting

Tile installation and repair

Light plumbing (faucet/fixture replacement, appliance installation)

Light electrical (fixture installation/replacement, device installation/replacement)

Hardware installation

Understands the importance of being on time and safety

Ability to work in an occupied home. Maintaining a clean and safe work area, at all times, is critical.

Ability to communicate professionally and appropriately with clients.

Ability to communicate professionally and appropriately with management.

Goal and detail oriented, self-disciplined, problem solving, creative, confident, and is motivated by the opportunity to excel
