We are seeking a hard‑working, innovative, detail‑oriented and creative team player to join our Aptive team! This is a full‑time Termite Pest Control Technician position located in the area around Alexandria, VA. The position will report to our office in Alexandria, VA once per week. The ideal candidate enjoys working in a team environment while also excelling at an individual level.

The hourly rate is $20.00 - $23.00.

• Run a daily route to resolve customer pest concerns and issues
• Maintain truck and equipment in proper working order
• Keep accurate records of treatments provided
• Mix, apply, and work with pesticides following state and federal laws
• Serve as the subject matter expert for customers by implementing the most efficient and overall best pest solution for each individual need
• Maintain and service all route customers according to company standards and procedures
• Advise customers of potential problems
• Keep management informed of any problems encountered on service routes
• Maintain proper inventory of pesticides in use

Please note that you will be assigned a route in your local area, carry a product backpack that weighs approximately 50 lbs, and the work schedule includes every other Saturday.

• No experience necessary – we will provide training
• U.S. driver’s license that has been valid for a minimum of 3 years
• Clean driving record (no more than one moving violation in the past year and no more than two moving violations in the past 4 years)
• Drug test and background check will be performed on all new hires
