Plumber, Maintenance Technician / Mechanic
Part-Time Plumber
ASRC Federal Field Services LLC, a subsidiary of ASRC Federal, is seeking Part-Time Plumber to support a government customer onsite in Chantilly, VA.
Key Role:
- Installs, maintains, and repairs sinks, showers, water heaters, pumps, toilets, plumbing equipment, and any other plumbing system components used for water distribution and waste disposal in commercial and residential facilities.
- Saws, cuts, welds, assembles, and fits tubes, valves, and pipes.
- Reviews building blueprints and pipe system layouts to determine appropriate work procedures.
- Inspects and tests plumbing systems for leaks, safety, functionality, and compliance with local and national regulations.
- Receives calls from supervisor or dispatcher, stocks service truck with tools needed to complete work orders, provides an assessment and cost estimate, and invoices the customer for completed service.
- Exercises sufficient knowledge and technical skill to complete plumbing repairs independently.
Requirements:
- Must have ability to obtain an active TS/SCI CI Polygraph security clearance
- HS diploma or additional work experience in lieu is acceptable
- Must have Electrical Hazzard Safety training.
