AboutThe Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HVAC Master Technician to join our commercial and industrial service team. This is a hands-on, high-impact role where you’ll troubleshoot, repair, and maintain complex HVAC systems while also mentoring junior technicians. You’ll work on large-scale projects that challenge your skills and put you at the center of mission-critical building operations.
Key Responsibilities- System Troubleshooting:
Accurately diagnose and resolve advanced HVAC system failures in commercial and industrial environments - Commercial Equipment Repairs:
Perform hands-on repairs on RTUs, chillers, boilers, air handlers, and more - Preventive Maintenance:
Execute routine inspections and maintenance on large mechanical systems to maximize performance and minimize downtime - Team Mentorship:
Provide guidance and knowledge sharing to less-experienced technicians and apprentices - Field Leadership:
Represent the team with professionalism and technical expertise on job sites
- 5+ years of HVAC experience working with commercial and industrial systems
- Master-level knowledge of HVAC system components, diagnostics, and control strategies
- Expertise with chillers, boilers, RTUs, air handlers, and building automation
- Proven troubleshooting skills across a range of mechanical systems
- Strong leadership skills and ability to work independently
- Safety-first mindset and familiarity with OSHA guidelines
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Master HVAC license (preferred)
- EPA Universal Certification
- Vocational or technical training in HVAC systems
- Experience with mentoring or training field technicians
