Maintain and repair ready mix plant equipment, including hydraulic, pneumatic, conveyor, and mechanical systems;
Diagnose equipment issues, perform preventive maintenance, and complete repairs to minimize downtime;
Inspect, maintain, and repair conveyor systems, read and interpret manuals, schematics, blueprints, and maintenance documentation;
Perform welding, cutting, fabrication, and installation of replacement parts and equipment modifications;
Coordinate with operations personnel to prioritize repairs and maintain production schedules
